Easy BBQ chicken halves recipe!

BBQ  chicken halves can produce delicious chicken that is both crispy and moist at the same time, but more often this can be challenging and leave the chicken with a burnt exterior and a raw interior. Because chicken with bones takes longer to cook than burgers or steaks, the problem arises when the skin's fat melts and causes a flare-up. Here are some of the tips to prepare it properly and making it luscious at the same time:

Tip 1:

Microwave any bone-in chicken breasts, quarters, or half covered for three minutes. Your grill or oven cooks from the outside in while a microwave cooks from the inside out. This won't solve the overall issue on its own, but when combined with the following advice, it significantly helps.

Tip 2:

Make sure your grill has a side with high and low heat. To achieve the ideal BBQ chicken halves, you will need to transfer it from one to the other. Points to keep in mind for preparing a half chicken that has been grilled

1. 1 chicken half

2. Salt and pepper, your go-to rub, or barbecue sauce A nice alternative to marinating is to add 2 TB of Dijon mustard to your preferred Italian dressing.

3. Grilled meat with oil

Tip 3:

A hot side and a medium side should be preheated on the grill. Season the BBQ chicken halves or remove from marinade and cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the skin begins to brown. Recognize flare-ups. Switch to the cooler side of the grill and continue to grill for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until the skin is completely browned.0

Tip 4:

Use tongs to move the chicken away if there are flare-ups on either side. Return the pieces to the grill's hotter side after turning them over. Move to the cooler side of the grill to continue cooking once the second side has been browned for 3 to 5 minutes. There will be a 16 to 24 minute total cooking time, when the chicken reaches 165 degrees or the juices run clear.

Tip 5:

Throughout the cooking process, you can baste the chicken with an oil or wine-based marinade, if the marinade contains sugar, start brushing during the final five minutes of cooking.

Follow steps to prepare grilled ribeye steaks:

STEP ONE: Begin by pre-marinating the steaks. Put the steak marinade and the grilled ribeye steaks in a zip-top bag or container. For at least 12 hours, let them marinade in the refrigerator. Allow the steaks to marinade for up to 24 hours if they are thicker. The steaks should be cooked for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on one side before being turned over and finished cooking for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on the other side.

STEP TWO: Take the grilled ribeye steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes before cooking. Lightly oil the grill and let it heat up for 10 to 15 minutes or until the oil begins to smoke. Shake excess marinade off the steaks before grilling them directly over fire.

STEP THREE: The Grilled ribeye steaks should be moved to an area of indirect heat on the grill and allowed to cook until they are the desired doneness. For comparison, medium-rare is roughly 135 degrees Fahrenheit. The steaks should sit for 5 to 10 minutes after removal to allow the fluids to settle before cutting.
